We are looking for secondary school Science technician to assist within a Science department in a large Mansfield School.
All applicants must have lab technician experience and be confident to assist with the day-to-day requirements of the school’s Science Department. Applicants will be expected to set up equipment and materials for using in Science lab activities and ensure health and safety standards are adhered to in laboratory and preparation areas. You will have experience of carrying out routine experiments, and accurately follow protocol and procedures. You will also have responsibility for stock control of all substances. The ability to conduct new experiments on current Science topics to enhance learning. All applicants will be prepared to integrate fully in to school life.
For this Science Technician job, Mansfield we would particularly like to hear from candidates with their own transport but this is not essential.
